Discovering Dharma

Dharma is pretty simple to understand.  It is YOUR pathway, your life journey.  The term comes from eastern religions and points to a central belief.  You have a soul contract that is an overview of your personal truth. Your dharma.

The planet earth is a great classroom where you can have wonderful adventures. You arrive here on this planet, with a set of life lessons.  You did some planning before your incarnation, and made choices about your lessons, your parents, your physical body.

Then you got amnesia and all these lessons became your mystery to unravel.  Your life path from the point of view of spirit is to find your way, your dharma, your truth.

Much can be learned from teachers and their writings. The lessons of the great sages and Masters of Enlightenment are designed for you to help you find your own way, your own truth, your own personal dharma. Beyond that, there is a Universal Dharma, which will become clear as unravel your personal mysteries.

Direct experience is the way of the mystic.  Mystics unravel mysteries of their truth and universal truth by seeking experiences that increase their life energy.  Mystics manage their energy, knowing that it requires high vibrations and energy to move into their highest dharma.

There are many ways to increase your energy and move into your highest trust.  The greatest action you can take in awaken is meditation.  Without the practices of meditation and mindfulness your energy will probably not lift you into the highest vibrations.

Is their an ultimate goal?  I think so.  Mine is to live fully present in each moment, from the highest, brightest state of mind.  My goal is awakening.  My goal is enlightenment.
